Vendor Sign Up includes a 6 foot table set up for literature, giveaways and sponsorship recognition. Invoices will be sent upon registration.

Are you wanting to be a Presenter? *

Presenters will need to be approved prior to event by the board. If selected a biography and outline of presentation will be needed.

A tour is being offered of the City of Lexington's facilities. Are you interested in attending? *

This will happen after the annual meeting concludes. Participants will be responsible for their own transport to the facilities. Space is limited. PPE will be provided, but please wear close-toed shoes.
